CANCELLATION POLICY

I really want to see you! However, I understand things happen. I do ask that you be considerate as this is my livelihood. All clients are required to place a credit card on file. If you can’t make it to your appointment please cancel 3 days prior to your appointment. For example, if your appointment is 12pm Tuesday cancel by the appointment time Saturday. NOT after the appointment time or Sunday.

There will be a 50% NON REFUNDABLE cancellation fee charged for ANY NO-SHOWS, LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULING, & CANCELLATIONS. If fee can not be collected, online booking privileges will be removed and a deposit required prior to next service.

RUNNING LATE?

There is a 15 minute grace period before your appointment is cancelled. Please text if you will be late to avoid your appointment being cancelled. If communicated that you will be more than 15 minutes late please understand that I may not be able complete your full service but only a portion.
